Family peace

In general you are so involved with the daily affairs of life that you often neglect the one most basic and important part of your life. (drums rolls) Yes, Family. You might say what the hell? I do give time to family and what the hell does she know about me? Right? Well I may not know much about anyone in particular, but what I am certain of is, Family keeps you sane.

They say  the small things in life matter. Well why not? When was the last time you cancelled a weekend plan with friends just to hang out with your brother or sister or parents? Even your sweet grandparents to that matter. You know the best things in life are unnoticed. Not because we choose to, it's just because we are so busy trying hard to achieve so much. It's not wrong to say we earn and establish ourselves to stand out or even be accepted socially. Damn these social meetings and compulsions of life. They make us so busy and sometimes even pretentious (don't act all shocked).

Family is the one most inevitable part of our lives. Personally speaking, it's the one thing that keeps me sane and going. If it weren't for them it would be impossible to survive. Sure we have friends, best friends, girlfriends, boyfriends and social networking sites and Internet pals, but they can't give you that peace you get with one touch of your Mom's hand on your head. That calm and secure feeling you feel once your Dad says "Don't worry I'm there". The gossip you share with your brother or sister so carelessly. No one makes you safer and at home than your own family does. I might be wrong in case where a few of you might be concerned, but then mostly it's the same for all.

Take some time off the busy social meet-ups and plan a good weekend with your family. It isn't necessary to book an exotic vacation or a grand outdoors. I bet even a nice long weekend at home would be equal fun (oh it does wonders). The point being very simple, FAMILY COMES FIRST. We realize their value when someone says something unpleasant or even taunting them we are on our Guard. Or even worse when we lose someone from our family. Make sure its never too late, because regret makes one weak.

Hug each moment as a blessing and spend time with family. They were, are and will always love you in the most unselfish manner.
Peace! Share love, spread smiles, be happy and keep your spirits high! Be blessed! :)

  4. Families are so underrated at times. We lose the value of this amazing gift when we meet people who look 'more' important than our family. But no one can replace the power of family! Watch the Incredibles :P :D

    Well written :)
